XT HK Verification Guide - Nigeria

If your business is incorporated in Nigeria, please prepare the following documents based on your business type (limited company, partnership, sole proprietorship/sole trader):

Limited Company (Private Company Limited by Shares - LTD, Public Company Limited by Shares - PLC)
Partnership (Limited Partnership - LP, Limited Liability Partnership - LLP)
Sole trader/Sole proprietorship-Business Name(BN)

●Business Documents
Please upload the following files. File requirements: High-definition color scans/photos. Ensure the text in the file is legible, and the file size doesn't exceed 5MB. Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.

  1.Certificate of Incorporation*

  2.Company Registration Document*
Please provide any one of the following documents showing the directors and the shareholding structure. For multi-page documents, ensure you provide the full document.

  3.Proof of Legal Existence
Please submit any one of the following documents to verify your company's active status:
    · Company bank statements for the last 6 months (preferred)
    · Annual review report within the past 12 months
    · Tax filing records within the past 12 months
    · Certification document issued by a law firm or company secretary within the last 6 months

●Government ID document*
⚠️ Please upload the personal identification for all directors, shareholders holding ≥25% equity(only required for limited company or partnership,not needed for sole trader/sole proprietorship), the actual controller and the applicant (if the applicant is any of the three aforementioned parties, resubmission is not required). File requirements: High-definition color scans/photos. Please ensure the image is clear, all edges are visible, and there are no obstructions, reflections, or watermarks. Try placing the document flat and taking the photo vertically in a well-lit area.

    · Chinese mainland: Valid ID card (front and back)
    · Nigeria: Passport/driver's license/local ID(National Identity Number (NIN) Slip,National Identity Card)
    · Hong Kong (China)/Macau (China): Local ID card
    · Other regions (including Taiwan (China)): Passport/driver's license/local ID card (including mainland travel pass for Taiwan residents)
